
Following the successful sale of NetSirk in 2008, he struck out on his own again to create Green Spoon, a firm offering cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, which is still thriving today. As a result of Green Spoon’s success, Quincy founded Faison Capital, a private equity firm with a portfolio of wholesale and manufacturing companies offering maximized returns for a select group of investors.
Quincy Faison is also the founder and host of The Entrepreneur’s World, an innovative weekly podcast providing vital thought leadership and solid business advice to entrepreneurs across America, from streamlining businesses to improve profit margins through to building and developing investment portfolios.
During his impressive entrepreneurial career, Faison has transformed many businesses with unique technology-based growth strategies and watched them flourish. This experience has given him valuable insight into how to most effectively harness the latest technology to build successful business operations, particularly within the niche area of wholesale distribution and manufacturing.

Liam saw opportunity in a number of largescale residential projects to provide a huge return for investors. He went on to manage investments in a number of property development firms and also in distribution and wholesale businesses. He focuses on improving business output by introducing streamlined processes and developing a no-nonsense management team with a commitment to reducing wastage and increasing profit.


Bob’s first corporate assignment was managing the multi-billion dollar international financing of oil tankers and domestic distribution of refined products for Koch Asphalt and Fuels companies. He was also a key financial architect of the Management Team that turned around $1 billion Mueller Industries from a company on the brink of bankruptcy into an industry leader in less than two years.
Bob’s role in the early months of that turnaround was crucial to the survival of the company and paved the way for tremendous growth of the organization. Driven by this success, he enjoyed personal advancement into the leadership of the organization responsible for managing the investment of $145million into new plant infrastructure.
After Mueller, Bob secured large supply chain re-engineering projects as a Consultant which led to the formation of WMSI and Cloud9express. Over the last 15 years, he has been responsible for saving millions of dollars for SMBs through the implementation of his transformative growth strategies.

Christian is a Graduate of Villanova University’s School of Business (VSB) with a BSc in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business as an Arthur R. Taylor Scholarship recipient.
During his career, Christian was responsible for Global Private Debt Markets team at BNP- Paribas Securities in New York and London for 6 years. While at BNPP, he developed and built out a fully functioning private placement desk in both New York and London, focused on mid cap domestic and cross-border senior and subordinated debt financings for middle market companies in the energy, commodity and general industrial sectors.
Mr. Voss is currently a Senior Advisor to Faison Capital and Greenwich Capital Partners.

Prior to CI, Geddis co-founded Convizion a digital content management company in 2000. In previous years, he served as Chief Marketing and Business Development Director for several H. Wayne Huizenga Holdings companies.
For several years Geddis served in numerous roles with the Florida Marlins Baseball Club. He was the head of Communications during the team’s first World Championship in 1997, overseeing the club’s marketing communications, broadcast operations and the coordination of broadcast matters with Major League Baseball.
Geddis received his B.S. degree in Sports Management from Old Dominion University and Master’s in Media Administration from The Newhouse School at Syracuse University. He brings a unique energy to the Faison Capital team, with extensive experience that allows him to create unique growth solutions for small businesses.

In addition to directing the team, Michael has achieved exceptional individual accomplishments within the search industry, including the prestigious honor of “National Rookie of the Year”.
Dedication to developing partnerships with Protis clients while delivering top talent earned Michael cumulative billings exceeding $24 million. Michael attributes his individual and team success to focused client partnerships that facilitate an understanding of the client’s culture, critical business issues, and organizational challenges. Moya’s entrepreneurial flair led her away from her legal career to pursue personal business endeavours; from marketing and currency trading, to the nightlife industry, where she has built a successful floor sales staff agency for bars and nightclubs.
Moya’s proudest achievement to date is her niche brand Infinity, which she directs in affiliation with a reputable international trading broker. With an ever-expanding global client base, Infinity offers a variety of trading and educational services for new traders looking to learn and earn in the Foreign Exchange and Cryptocurrency markets.
A keen interest in investment combined with an eagerness to explore the world of business acquisitions, Moya joined Faison Capital and has excelled in evaluating potential future acquisitions for both Faison and our sister company Empire Capital, based in the UK.

Stephen’s investment strategy has resulted in his parent company exceeding £10 million annual turnover in a short space of time, with further exponential growth predicted for the future.
Based in the UK, Stephen has a fantastic reputation across the country for in-depth knowledge of the construction industry gained from his innovative approach that has grown his business into a successful luxury development group.

Adam was named to the list of D Best Lawyers in Dallas by D Magazine 2017. He was named to the list of Rising Stars by Thomson Reuters for 2005-2007, 2009, 2011-2016. This designation is earned each year by a select group of 2.5% of Texas lawyers under the age of 40. Adam attended The University of Texas School of Law, where he graduated With Honors in 2001. Before that, he attended Baylor University, where he graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Business in 1998.
In the community, Adam has served on numerous non-profit boards, including as Board President of Family Compass, a strong and long-standing child abuse prevention agency. He coaches his kids’ soccer and T-ball teams and is also a proud member of the Leadership Dallas class of 2014. He’s the head of his daughter’s Adventure Princesses tribe and the breakfast chef at home, where he specializes in whole grain pancakes and scrambled eggs.

A background in London advertising agencies and a stint at Sky Television and News Corporation led to the founding of integrated agency, Harrison Laws Crossman in Soho at the age of 27. Clients included Hilton, WorldCom, Opel Cars Europe, IKEA, Pitney Bowes and London Clubs International.
Since 2005 Kent has been working on a various change management and turn-around projects for a major international bank. He joined Signature Living in December 2016 to work on its property development expansion and subsequently has been working with a number of U.K. based property developers on projects in and around London.
